Sacred Productions

Video & Audio Recording / Post-Production

Sacred Productions is a spirit-filled video and music recording / post-production company devoted to capturing and magnifying the timeless beauty of Catholic and Orthodox sacred music.

We’re most inspired by the rich traditions of Christian worship — from Gregorian chant, Latin liturgical polyphony, and Taizé prayer to Byzantine, Ukrainian, and Russian choral music. Yet we also love and appreciate music of all kinds — from lo-fi and classical to jazz and alternative rock.

Our mission is to draw souls closer to God through the mystical
beauty of sacred music.

Our mission is to draw souls closer to God through the mystical
beauty of sacred music.

We collaborate with musicians, choirs, ensembles, conductors, composers, and music artists to produce live concert recordings, music videos, and high-quality audio. We work with you throughout each stage — from pre-production and recording to editing, mixing, mastering, and publishing — to create final products you can be proud of.

Our Story

Sacred Productions is created and led by Richard Chen, a videographer, designer, and technician who is passionate about sacred music and creating beautiful work that gives glory to God. Back in high school, Richard designed and hand-coded his first website ever — a unique collection of Taiwan’s original sacred music compositions that his dad wanted to share with the world.

Richard Chen, Lead Video & Audio

Having grown up around Catholic choral and chant music most of his life, Richard now strives to continue his dad’s work for the Church but now through audio and visual arts, creating sacred music videos that touch souls and bring people into deeper, personal relationships with God.
